Mary Thode received an undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona in Exercise and Sport Sciences and a Master of Physical Therapy at Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles. Mary has extensive experience and post-academic training in assessment and treatment of the general and athletic spine and extremities. She utilizes an integrated manual therapy approach reinforced by functional exercise patterns. Strength and flexibility deficits are identified, and addressed with treatment emphasis on reducing potential vulnerability and future musculoskeletal breakdown. Mary is currently pursuing her transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy credentialing.
